Who can resist the mouth-watering aroma of delicious freshly spun Fairy Floss? Melt in your mouthy Fairy Floss is a wonderful treat that brings out the child in all of us. These pink fluffy swirls of cotton candy are a traditional sweet at all fetes, fairs and festivals.
Our professionally operated Fairy Floss Stall is available on a Share of Sales basis. We set up, staff and supply all the consumables, then pay the event organsisers a share of sales.
Alternately, the Fairy Floss machine can be hired and operated for a set fee. All consumables including flavouring and sticks are available with each hire.

Event organisers have the option of hiring our Fairy Floss equipment, with or without a Funfair staff member to operate.
We can either supply and set up the machine, then provide all training and instructions for your adult staff/volunteers to supervise throughout the event. Alternately, the Fairy Floss equipment can be hired with a fully trained Funfair staff member who will create magical pink floss for the whole family to enjoy.
Operating a Fairy Floss machine is very straightforward, though somewhat messy, however this is all part of the fun. Fairy Floss can be extremely profitable at fundraising events, due to the low equipment rental and operating costs.
Prior to a Fairy Floss booking, we will forward a full list of requirements such as table, signage, power etc. Consumables including Fairy Floss ingedients and sticks can be purchased from Funfair at cost.
Our ride staff will be present on the day to assist with the Fairy Floss equipment, should a problem arise. Difficulties are rare, and normally originate from improper equipment use due to volunteer changeover and lack of instructions.
Funfair's Fairy Floss machines are commercial grade, featuring high output, ease of use and great reliability.
Our Fairy Floss stall is also available on 80/20 Share of Sales, whereby we provide and set up the complete stall and manage throughout the day. At the completion of the event, 20% of total Fairy Floss sales is donated back to the organiser.
Profit Share is a popular option with many event organisers, especially as volunteers to operate can be difficult to source at many fundraising events.
Fairy Floss bagging is a tricky process, as moisture inside the bag will soon cause the Floss to dissolve. Therefore, bagging is best carried out in an air conditioned room, which limits the humidity. Once bagged, the Fairy Floss should be stored in an air-conditioned environment until sales commence.
A professional Bag Sealer and quality bags are also required to ensure success.
