Over the past 20 years, Funfair Amusements has been associated with some of Brisbane's largest community gatherings. We have the equipment and expertise to cater for events of any size, from major Multicultural Food Fairs to local, neighbourhood Street Festivals.
There's a fabulous selection of amusements to choose from, including major Ferris Wheels, Dodgem Cars, Thrill rides, Slides, Bouncy Castles and much more.
A wide range of additional special event related services can also be organised through Funfair, including Roving Entertainers, Carnival Fun Food, and Sideshow Games.
Fairground rides and attractions can be booked on either a Share of Sales basis or Flat-rate Hire format. Occassionally, Community Festivals include a gate entry fee and offer free rides for children. In these instances, the rides are hired by the organising committee, often sponsored by local businesses.
Larger events structure admusement ride admission via a pay-as-you-go Ticket or Wristband system, which can be organised either on a Flat-Rate Hire basis or Share of Sales.
The ages of those who attend Festivals depend on the theme of the event. Music Festivals tend to see a high proportion of teenagers and adults, whereas Community Festivals are more family-orientated.
